On belalf of some of our most vulnerable and isolated elderly residents in Omeath, Omeath District Development and Omeath Post Office would like to express sincere Thank You to Cllr. Andrea McKevitt.

Councillor Mc Kevitt contacted us this morning regarding the water mains outage in Omeath and then proceeded to purchase bottled water to be distributed to elderly and infirm residents that were housebound without a water supply.

Now that is what you call a real example of a random act of kindness that was very much appreciated, and brought a smile to a lot of faces this afternoon…
