We are delighted to tell you that LMETB are running 6 Sessions Of A Wellness Class beginning Thursday 6th February 2025 from 7.30pm to 9.30pm delivered by our local Holistic Lifestyle Coach Jenn Fitzgerald here in the Dolmen Centre. €5 fee per class.
The 6 sessions of The Wellness Class is for any woman who wants to take time for herself.
Your 2 hourly session will include:
Mindfulness
Movement
Social Connection
