The Dolmen Centre is offering an Adults Arts and Crafts Course which is being facilitated by LMETB commencing Wednesday 6th July 2022 from 10am to 12 noon for 6 weeks. €4 fee per class. The course will be a Stamp Making and Stitch Course. This creative textile course will explore various forms of surface decoration techniques, including mark making, stamp making and print ,basic embroidery and others. Over the 6 weeks students will have the options to create mood boards and develop a sketch book of ideas and practices for their final piece. Outcome of the course may include, but are not limited to, the creation of a textile or mixed media artwork, the embellishment/upcycling of garments or personal items.
