Within our busy lives we can learn to be busy, but without feeling stressed. This class will teach us how to get comfortable in uncomfortable situations, strengthening the nervous system. By engaging in a a simple form of Tea Ceremony we will also experience a deep peace and serenity that lies with all of our hearts and minds. Having lived in Japan for almost 11 years, I am looking forward to sharing this beautiful experience with you.
